Ten Theories on Health

1. This site is created on the premise that practicing prevention will prevent needing medical care.

2. Always consider that every imbalance has three components: The Origin — that is where an imbalance starts in the body. The Path — how it spreads in the body. The Manifestations — the symptoms you are experiencing. Dont be fooled by eradicating symptoms and thinking you've cured the original imbalance.

3. The intention in preventative health care is to help us remember that everyday is an opportunity to care for, nourish and love our bodies. If we do not do that for a period of time it will rebel with sickness.

4. Ayurveda suggest that mistake of intellect is the number one cause of disease. This can be translated to many meanings. Simply explained: our minds can give us false information about our bodies needs. Our minds can repress our emotions, get stuck in a bad pattern and want the wrong thing over and over until we are sick.

5. Pathogenic Factors are various exposures that initiate imbalance and lead to disease. For example: bad eating habits, excessive behaviors in work or not enough work, a severe strain on physiology from repressed emotions, bacteria, virus, parasite, and recovery from surgical trauma are some of the main considerations.

6. In every imbalance one must consider a spontaneous imbalance of the nervous system, the digestive system and the lymph, muscle bone, and organ tissue system. Either all three spontaneously collapse or each individual system bears a load on the other slowly decreasing the overall vitality of the body. This would cause mild to severe symptoms of multi systems.

7. Knowing the Body Typing systems, the seasonal influences and the commendably diet and regimens from Ayurveda is a compliment to any healthier system. It allows for your unique strengths and weaknesses and how they become influenced with aging and seasonal changes. It is complete and easy to follow with pleasant daily food, exercise, breathing prescriptions.

8. NEAT® (Nambudripad Allergy Elimination Technique) is the most effective tool for breaking electric patterns in your energy and electric system. It is always a funny shock to my patients to be introduced to the electricity of their body so easy. Don't be in the dark. Turn on your awareness of the nervous system helps you add another very important tool to your bag of health.

9. Spinal manipulations directly realign the spine or six large joints of the body. Also an essential aspect of good health is open nerve and blood supply. A strong alignment of the spine supports all healing and is dynamic done alone.

10. Knowledge of the 3 systems — Electric, Chemical and Mechanical — and working with one or more skilled practitioners is an important part of the dynamic health path.
