Energy medicine is the approach in alternative medicine and in mainstream medicine to utilize the energy of the body to heal itself. Is it real? Does it have relevance? These are the common sentiments of more people that I meet than not.
However, in the last ten years I have met countless numbers of people who study and or employ countless numbers of energy techniques to heal and revitalize the body

Reflect back on your list and my list. Ask others to write list. You will find that for as many lives there will be different experiences and perceptions of energy. Ayurveda , NEAT®, Chiropractic and many, many, other timeless techniques and modern practices employ the knowledge of energy healing.
You used energy to write the list. This is the highest form of Energy Medicine. You are inspiring your energy field to communicate with yourself about things bigger than worry, confusion or any other host of negative emotions.
